Teaching Position In Science

Carry out the professional duties of a school teacher as set out in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document under the reasonable direction of the school administrators; raise standards of student attainment and achievement in Science and monitor and support student progress; teach Science to groups of students of all abilities across years 6-18, with a particular emphasis on the delivery of Broad Field Science, including biology, chemistry, and physics; teach Science to groups of students of all abilities across years 6-18, with a particular emphasis on the delivery of Broad Field Science.

Who You are

Bachelor's degree in science with teacher education courses is required. It is preferred that you have a master's degree.

6-12 grade

Experience Required: At least three (3) years of science teaching experience

Additional Requirements: In the United States, a teaching certificate is required (requires the certification test in the academic area)

Evidence of Effective Classroom Management

Collaborate with other members of the staff to assist the student in improving.

Experience teaching Exceptional Children (Gifted and/or Special Needs) as a co-teacher in normal classes with general education teachers

Salary depends on degree level and years of experience for fluent English speakers.
